Job Type: Part-time, initially (30 hours a week, minimum, 6 hours a day, 5 days a week). Could become full-time depending on volume.
Pay: $18 - $22.00 / hour D.O.E.
Description:
Rexius’ Bend location is seeking a part-time nursery attendant. The successful candidate has a basic knowledge of plants and care for them and has extensive local plant knowledge. This candidate will be able to lift, push, pull 50 lbs. and be very detail-oriented for tracking plants coming in/out on Rexius' computer system.
Daily Tasks:
- Watering, caring, weeding plants as needed
- Pushing, pulling, and lifting plants
- Ensuring that all plant material coming/going from staging locations is properly checked in/out of our system for proper tracking.

Providing a "knowledge check" when material is dropped off or taken, to help ensure proper plant allocation.
- Driving U-Haul/Penske style vehicles for picking up/dropping off plant material to/from sites or the nursery as needed.
Requirements:
- Current driver’s license

Extensive local plant knowledge, with the ability to identify material while in a dormant state is especially helpful.
- Ability to push, pull, lift 50 lbs. for several hours a day
- Detail oriented to be able to add/subtract items from inventory and track the plant material.
