Similar to topdressing, lawn renovation can include a complete
new application of soil (Turf Start) and seed right over the existing
lawn. This technique is only used when the right subsoil conditions
exist and the lawn is essentially beyond repair. Core aeration
is normally required in advance of application in order to improve
the rooting and interface between the old lawn and new soil. Please
