Rexius has developed a special program for residential contractors in home construction. We realize that a service is needed where one company can manage the entire project’s soil conservation from ground breaking to finished landscape and irrigation. Rexius is offering a program where we work with the architect and implement the proper erosion control measures using organic based methods, then monitor and follow the project to completion managing erosion and sediment (perimeter) control, mud control, soil preparation, landscape and irrigation.

The advantage to the contractor is that Rexius will carry the cost of all their services until the new home under construction is either sold or financed, and Rexius will get paid through escrow. That means no out of pocket expense to the contractor during construction, and one company to work with who understands proper soil stewardship.
